Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement item or part at no cost to you. This will be delivered using the same service as your original order.
If you would prefer, a full refund can also be provided.
Unwanted or Incorrect Items
If you wish to return an item that is no longer required or has been ordered in error, you may do so within the timeframe outlined below. Return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return:
- Requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original packaging must be intact
